This blog is a repository for all my watercolor painting memories of the nineteen years that I lived in the Memphis, TN area. For my contemporary work, please click on the TRANSATLANTA link just below.
A sad day it was on April 4, 1968 for many. We do look forward to better days ahead with this breakthrough. Days where both black and white can live in harmony. Great painting! Love the shadows on the building.
ReplyDeleteThanks Southern Jewel. As goes that song..."I can see clearly now, the rain is gone...it's gonna be a bright sunshiny day".
ReplyDeleteAs Craig Ferguson would say, "it's a great day for America"!
ReplyDeleteSuch happy happy paintings!
ReplyDeleteThank you TSL for the visit and comment. I must say I found your drawings and portraits to be arresting works. I wish I had that talent, but portraits are very difficult!
