This blog is a repository for all my watercolor painting memories of the nineteen years that I lived in the Memphis, TN area. For my contemporary work, please click on the TRANSATLANTA link just below.
Another nice painting. I like the range of values and as always, your handling of the shadows.
ReplyDeleteI have your church painting in our kitchen/dining room for all to see and it recieves a lot of attention and praise. (When that becomes more than my paintings in the same room I will have to move it to the closet!!)
Thanks Bill. That was a fun project and I got a great deal out of it. Namely, a great Renzulli original now brightening my home.
ReplyDeleteVery nice, strong painting. I especially admire it as I tried a similarly horizontal composition recently and couldn't pull it off!! Your forsythia is wonderful, pushing through the fence.
